We use only the finest A grade materials. The MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard) and Melamine Laminate is a full 3/4 inch thick.

The Melamine is 2-sided so the cabinets are laminated inside and out -- including the shelves.

All shelves are fully adjustable with metal u-channel reinforcers on the front edge of all 36 inch wide or wider full size cabinets, which prevents shelf sag.

The cabinets are supported up off the concrete on adjustable legs. This allows us to level the cabinets above the mud sill to get tight against the wall while maintaining full support to the floor. This gives maximum earth quake protection and prevents cabinet bottom break-out.

All cabinets are lag bolted to the studs in the wall for earthquake stability.

The hinges are heavy-duty hidden, European style that have full adjustability to get excellent door alignment. (Other companies use kitchen cabinet style barrel hinges that don’t hold up and are not adjustable)

Drawer glides are epoxy-coated, steel sided, ball-bearing glides that wrap around a 3/4 inch thick bottom. (Not the wimpy 1/4 inch bottoms like other companies use)
